Peer Support at Hilt is in two different strands -through our Training Department and through an idea we've called the Hilt Toolshed.
Hilt’s Training Department is a British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) Satellite Centre. It provides training to other companies as well as Hilt staff.
The Hilt Toolshed offers support to organisations working with people with complex needs.
We use a range of different tools to enable people to overcome their difficulties and realise their potential.
